We.do Advice is a Singapore-based sustainability consultancy founded by Sarah Katz. We advise companies, investors, institutions, and government bodies on ESG strategy, framework alignment, and impact communication with a focus on Southeast Asia and the Pacific, and deep fluency in European sustainability regulations affecting companies operating across both regions.
What makes us different is not the frameworks we know. It is the judgement we have built over two decades working inside complex organisations, across diverse sectors, and through the full cycle of sustainability from policy design to on-the-ground delivery.
SARAH KATZ — FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Sarah has more than 20 years of experience in sustainability leadership, ESG operationalization, and stakeholder engagement across Southeast Asia, Europe, and globally. She has worked at the intersection of corporate strategy, development finance, and sustainability communications throughout her career.

Ramboll APAC, Singapore. Regional Director, Sustainability & CR: led sustainability frameworks covering E, S, and G for regional corporate clients across Asia Pacific.
Asian Development Bank, Thailand. Direct experience with DFI operations, regional outreach, and government stakeholder relations across Southeast Asia.
UNDP Vietnam. Community engagement, campaign design, and complex stakeholder management in agricultural development contexts.
ASEF (Asia-Europe Foundation). Sustainability workshop design, facilitation, and capacity building across the Asia-Europe dialogue.
UN Global Compact Network Singapore (UNGCNS). ESG framework development, training, and sustainability reporting support for Singapore-based members.
Singapore Polytechnic. Sustainability training programme design and delivery.

OUR APPROACH
We work as a principal-led consultancy. Sarah leads every engagement personally, supported by a trusted network of specialist associates brought in where the project requires it. Associate fees are open-book.
We work through a small number of trusted referral relationships — with engineering consultancies, development finance institutions, European business associations, and sustainable finance teams — as well as direct client relationships. Most of our engagements begin with a conversation, not a cold pitch.
We are direct about what we know and what we don't. We are commercial about sustainability — because strategies that don't connect to business outcomes don't last.
And we believe in being honest with clients about what the data says, even when it is inconvenient.
